The GRAMEGNA crankshaft spading machines are designed for loosening and breaking up the soil. The principle is the same as manual digging with a shovel, spades are alternately placed in the soil, the clods are lifted and thrown backwards against the rear rack. This causes the clod to fall apart. The broken up soil is neatly laid flat without additional processing by another machine. The spading machines have a 3-point linkage (cat 2 or 3) and are PTO driven.

The 40 series is the latest model from Gramegna.
The machine is a mix made from the basic frame of the 36 series and with components from the heaviest model 45.
It is a very spacious machine. The beam and drive box are 11 cm higher than the series 36. This means that there is no chance of it becoming clogged.

The larger models are equipped as standard with a two-speed drive box, have a continuous PTO and there is a choice of wheels or skids.
The machines are lightweight compared to other brands and require little power, which is very beneficial for fuel consumption

On these models you can also order a hydraulic lift (spitting, harrowing and sowing in 1 pass) and a lubrication system as an option.
